whether substances are addicted not only to the substance, but also to the consumer. If he can identify himself well so that it is a little positive in everyday life for him, then I would be careful. The dependence of Kratom, to other substances, is relatively low but not to be underestimated. Like anything, it is important not to develop regularity.

Like I said, it’s up to the consumer. You can ask yourself if you often feel the thought or need for it, then just take a break of min 14 days. So you can train yourself and eventually become a real one, Psychonaut 😉
