Insured yes, but if there is no entitlement to ALG – 1 as an insurance benefit from the Agency for Employment and also no entitlement to civil money, you would normally have to pay the contribution of currently around 230 euros per month to your health insurance fund.

If the woman is legally insured, the man can usually be insured free of charge through family insurance, the wife should take care of it.

What does not mean a claim to civil money because the woman earns more than EUR 1000?

That can be all, 1200 euros or 10,000 euros a month.

What would be the gross and net income of the woman, living alone, what should be paid for the warm-up without deduction for normal household electricity ?

would not get any citizen money because his wife earned more than 1000€

This must not be a contradiction.

It doesn’t sound like he’s currently in health insurance.

Should he take care of it.

He must report to the Employment Agency without work. If he doesn’t get ALG 1 and does not have any civil money, he will not be insured from there either.

He should contact his health insurance as soon as possible and report his new status. The health insurance will tell him what to do.

He is when he does… Since there is a general insurance obligation in D, it would have to do so.

So he stays PKV or volunteers GKV – depending on where he’s coming from… (you don’t write that, unfortunately)

You don’t get out of health insurance. They then step into the maximum contribution, which currently I believe is €800 to 900 per month if you don’t.

Don’t you want to clarify for the first time whether he’s a PKV or a GKV before you think about posts?

Don’t listen to those down there. Since 1949, they have been entitled to health care. These are all outdated information, as there is a statutory obligation to health insurance and in doubt others have to come up.

The favorite shorts in the job center. I mentioned shcon the technical instructions for SGB 2 when they look like this… so in Leipzig we can sing songs. Although we have rights.

How do you know the wife is in the GKV? Isn’t there…

There is no such thing, so you can only suspect

Exactly. That’s it. Ask question, want to have an answer, but don’t provide usable information….

Yeah, he is. If he’s married, free of charge in the wife’s family insurance. Otherwise at own costs (~230€ per month minimum contribution).

No. Only the woman in the GKV. And we don’t know.

He must either deposit in the health insurance fund itself or be insured with his wife.
