There are 2 Hallstadt, one with Ticketbude and one without. The original Hallstadt can be visited without a ticket. The settlement of the village in China “Hallstadt” costs admission.

Costume nix.

Hallstadt is quite nice, but I find the surroundings much more interesting than the place itself. The village is massively overrun, it doesn’t matter when you’re there.

There’s nothing about an entrance fee. Cabinets and ticket buds could be for drivers looking for an internal parking lot.

Why is the world fixed to this small village in the Salzkammergut? So I’d go to the bag thief, but as a tourist, I wouldn’t take this.

Every normal place in the EU is accessible without a ticket. It can’t be different. Residences are not locked as attractions. Exception is Venice, because here you have to protect yourself from crowds.

And what does that look like? With punching tree and ticket bud or what? Would be completely new to me that you have to pay for a visit to a village.
