Kosheres Cheesecakerezept?

Hello greet you,

I often bake a cheesecake/chesecake that is my recipe:

130 g butter, liquid

350 g of biscuits, butter or whole grain biscuits, crumbled

350 g sugar

350 g fresh cheese

3 eggs

1 lemon, juice & bowl

350 g acidic cream

So about I prepare him for a cheesecake recipe:

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190° C. Grease a 23 cm spring shape. Mix crumbs with 4 tablespoons of sugar, add butter and stir well. Place the mass in the mold, press well, and put 30 minutes cold.

Stir the Philadelphia with the hand stirrer softly, add the eggs, stir, and then stir 250 g of the sugar and the vanilla or lemon. Add the mixture to the dough and bake for 45 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes.

Mix the sour cream with the remaining sugar. If the cake is slightly cooled, give the sour cream over the cake, spread evenly, and bake again 5 minutes (that gives a beautiful shine). Let the cheese cake cool at room temperature and then put it cold until serving. Serve with fresh fruit.

People in Israel celebrate the Jewish weekly “Schawuot”. Over two days, the Jews are celebrating the feast of Shawuot, the so-called weekly festival, which is celebrated seven weeks after the Pesach Festival.

Greetings Daniel
