?Account change?

Hello, has anyone ever switched accounts from Postbank to Sparkasse? On March 13, 2024, I opened an account with Sparkasse and requested the account switch. On April 12, 2024, my Postbank account was supposed to be closed, and the money still in the account was automatically transferred to my Sparkasse account. Today is the 16th, and it looks like my Postbank account still exists and hasn't been closed. The remaining money hasn't been credited to my Sparkasse account yet. However, I can't withdraw any money from my Postbank account. Does anyone have any experience with this? I'll stop by in person tomorrow and ask.
