If one of the two things is the case, your husband has to pay for your debt.

Loans can be taken for many things… Did the credits have been accepted for things in the household or for a home purchase, etc.? Or completely irrelevant to your husband’s life?

I’d advise you to talk to the debtor counseling and just ask them what reason they have to ask your husband’s account statements.
