Could I be pregnant despite taking the mini-pill?
Hello, I'm Johanna and I'm 16 years old. I've been taking the mini-pill for about three weeks and take it every day at 9:00 p.m.
However, in the first week, I had two consecutive delays of 1-1.5 hours. Because there was no other option. After a few days of unprotected sex, I had sex.
My question is, could I get pregnant because I've taken it twice in a row late? The package insert states that taking it late within 12 hours is tolerated, but because I had to take it twice in a row at the beginning—once an hour late and then 1.5 hours early—I'm a little worried (but still not enough to go to the gynecologist, haha).

It is recommended that the pill always“about the same time”to take. This means a daytime; in the morning, after lunch, before bedtime…
Therefore, taking must not take exactly the second/minute/hour – except you take a mini pill with Levonorgestrel, which has a time window of only 3 hours.
Conventional combination pills and also estrogen-free pills with desogestrel have a tolerance of 12 hours beyond the usual intake time. There are even pills that can be taken within 24 hours. If you take a forgotten pill within this time, the protection will be preserved. So it must not be more than (usually) 36 hours between two pills.
After a late intake, you have to take the next pill again at halfway usual time – so you can’t hit 12 hours each with consecutive pills and almost only every 11⁄2Take a pill for days.
Only when this time window is exceeded is the pill considered “forgot”. Under “If you have forgotten to take XY” you will surely find exactly what to do.
Taking the pill earlier is not a problem. Only a “additional” (i.e. a delayed/forged intake) of hormones can possibly impair the protection of conception.
But your practice of taking does not endanger the contraceptive effect.

Each pill can be taken up to 3 hours later without losing protection. If it’s in your pill’s package that you can take it up to 12 hours later, you can believe it.

please don’t worry. you did everything right.
the packing supplement is an appeal to the ideal-perfect paradigma. please do not hold on to it. make from the 12 hours simply 3 to 6 hours and you are in the absolutely ideal period with the turnus.
