Could I report my old dentist for this?

1.5 years ago, my dentist declared one of my molars dead. After visiting a new dentist when I had another dental problem, it turned out to be alive. Now we don't know if it can be saved, and we're anxiously awaiting x-ray results to see how badly the tooth is affected. The question is,

Can I report my old dentist for making an incorrect diagnosis and causing enormous damage to my health?

1.5 years ago, one of my baking teeth was declared dead by the dentist. After I visited a new dentist when I had again a dental plrobleme, it turned out he was still alive.

Be glad the tooth is still alive. An untreated “dead” tooth could have caused massive problems.

Now we don’t know if he’s still to be saved and we’re waiting for how X-ray results to see how bad the tooth is affected.

I don’t understand, because an X-ray of the teeth can be evaluated immediately, on the spot, but if an appointment has to be made extra – then please….

Can I show my old dentist a false diagnosis and my health, which has been severely damaged?

No, because even if the ZA has made a false diagnosis, this has not damaged your health. Why? The tooth was still alive for 1.5 years. How is he supposed to have hurt your health?

You can see everything, the question is whether the ad is being followed.

You can sue him civil law and damages or damages. However, this would cost money (prepayment on your part) and it is not sure how far you get anything.Criminally, you can’t ask him, so a message (for what exactly) would be useless, but you can proceed civilianly against him, as I said, if you can prove the facts. But that would be difficult.

We’re not in America, so you could sue him to 1 million or so, unfortunately, this is not possible.

Okay, but if that’s why it’s worth a civil process. In principle, the loser pays the court fees, but you pay the attorney fees yourself, regardless of the outcome.
