Kann gerade nicht zu meiner Hautärztin, daher hier auf der Suche nach einer ersten Rat (vielleicht von Menschen mit Erfahrung?). You can’t say that clearly on the basis of the picture. But I guess – no. (No guarantee)

But in any case it is necessary to visit a dentist. If, in fact, a leukoplakia is diagnosed, there is no cause for it (on the photo there is nothing that speaks for it at first glance), then a transfer to a dermatologist is necessary.
