Depends on the story

There are people who have learned the masons and have worked up as a building manager

One can only be a good building manager if one is both theoretically in the picture and has worked for a long time on at least one profession and knows the products. But he doesn’t have to know everything, because he works with an electric planner, sanitary planner, heating planner, air conditioning and ventilation planner and structural statistics and can only manage the construction in cooperation with them.

Not necessarily. Many civil engineers who work as a construction manager first did a lesson and then studied, but there are also many directly studied.

No. I.d.R. doesn’t have to be able to do anything. Like what?

For example, think of a rooftop that covers a complicated pale with slate shingles. How should a building manager with two left hands make that stand?

This does not mean that construction managers are only theorists with two left hands. Most of them are interns.

Some have also learned what they monitor and delegate.
