Even had one in primary school. Could deposit and cancel. But only as much as it was. And I guess there was a limit. I’ve never been there…

Yes, if the Elbes allow it. I even think I have one, but my parents created it to me and not myself

With the consent of the guardians, this should not be a problem.

Yes, if parents open a bank account to them.
Even small children can have a bank account.

Minors can not itself create a bank account; only the parents can open a bank account and both parents must come to the bank.

Parents then have the authority over the account, they can see everything and the child needs the consent of parents for everything.

Of course, they can’t open it alone. The parents must agree.

A savings account can be set up by parents in infants for their child.

Already from 7 years old can be used for a separate account for the pocket money.
