Can the doctors in the hospital see if I have consumed MDMA?

Hello,

I have to submit a urine sample on Tuesday. I plan to take ecstasy on Saturday. They're testing me because of my frequent stomach pains and are sending my urine to a special lab. Will they see the MDMA there, and would it actually be out of my urine by now?

Thanks for your answers

It’s unlikely that it’s just being tested for drugs. It costs time and money and is not just done.

I don’t care. All medical personnel are subject to confidentiality. You can speak openly about his substance use. And most importantly, if it could be relevant for a diagnosis.

Maybe interesting: https://www.saferparty.ch/substances/mdma

Urine samples for diagnostic purposes at the family doctor or hospital are not drug tests. The acid value of the urine is analyzed whether “sugar disease” (diabetes) is present or, if appropriate, Harnwegs infections.

They do drug testing only in case of suspicion or in general in case of admission to a psychiatrist

If there is a suspicion that the abdominal pain has arisen due to substances or drugs, then it can be natural.

However, I agree with my previous speakers and think it will be very unlikely. It is usually looked after inflammatory markers, vitamins, and the like. Even if they found it, this would not have legal consequences for you (consumer is not criminal)

All good,
Marcel
