14cm through 2 are 70mm. In some condom computers, or size tables, this is the case, but is wrong. 69mm or 72mm condoms are much too big. The condom circumference should be about 10% smaller than the penis circumference, so that the condom is stuck, and does not slip. You calculate penis circumference by 0.45 = condom size. At 14cm, that would be 63mm. So condom size 60mm, or 64mm.
When you roll a condom and put it flat on the table, and then the width is measured, that is the condom size. This is only very rarely explained.

Size M doesn’t exist. In all packs the size is in mm. For larger condoms (56mm), XL or XXL also stands on it. They are actually only a few millimeters larger than normal condoms. Size M or S is nowhere. But at 14cm the XXL condoms are too small.

There are condoms in size M, maybe you know other brands where this is different or no idea what, but my friend has size M.
