Depends primarily on the size. Can give something, don’t have to.

Yes, the size is crucial. There are condoms of 45mm – 72mm. They fit about 9.5 – 16cm. If the penis is very short, under 5cm length, the risk that the condom slips off may be greater.

Make a self-test . Buy rubber gloves XXL . You have 5 ways to test which finger is your size. From small finger to thumb

Condominal sizes are only about the width (penis circumference). The same condom fits at 20cm, and at 10cm penis length when the penis thickness is the same. And a short penis is not automatically also thinner. Even with 7 or 8cm penis length, a normal condom would fit well.

Only when the penis circumference is smaller than 9cm, even small condoms no longer fit.

The probability that the fingerlings fit the penis is very low. They are very short, and very narrow.
