Kompletter Fingernagel ab was tun?
Hi, mir ist letzte Woche bei einem kleinen Unfall mein gel Nagel mit meinem Fingernagel dadrunter komplett abgerissen. Ich habe es seit dem 2 mal am Tag desinfiziert und mit jot Salbe eingegecremt und dann mit Kompresse und Verband abgedeckt. Ich habe das Gefühl das es nicht besser wird. Ich würde gerne das Blut etc. Um rum reinigen aber es tut extrem weh desshalb traue ich mich noch nicht ganz. Hat jemand Tipps was ich tun kann ich bin echt verzweifelt.

This is an open torn wound. It hurts a few days. Especially since your thumb is constantly moving.
Leave the dried blood where it is. As long as it still hurts, I wouldn’t be cheating on it
There’s a kind of cream in the pharmacy. It does not stick to wounds and you can connect the thumb padded that touches are not so pain.
As an alternative to the gauze, a plaster with silver coating (also in the pharmacy) then also connect.

Just let warm water run over it without rubbing it and then gently drain it.
