No.

A fast Google search says: in most areas once a week. In many richer or very densely populated areas probably twice a week, but this is not the norm.

This is an interesting question and difficult to answer. Waste disposal is a municipal matter in Germany and the USA.

The amount of garbage in the US is likely to be higher than in Germany, as this pays more attention to waste prevention. However, the garbage is separated here. There are blue, yellow and black tons. There is also a ton for organic waste in many places. So the garbage collection comes for a total emptying of all tons 3 or 4 times. In the USA, however, there is often only one ton for everything.

The distances of the blanks should be comparable. So garbage collection in Germany will come much more often than in the USA.

In my U.S. residential area, the Muellabtrieb once woechtl. Yard Waste (wood cut, foliage). Interestingly, there are 3 different mooring cars, for normal waste, organic and garden waste. Often, however, only one mosquito comes and melts everything together. Since then, I haven’t cut a muell.

This depends on where in the USA and where in Germany.

My experience: same often.

Since it comes very rarely in Germany, I would say: YES
