Hello, I ordered something online a few days ago and had it shipped via UPS. Now UPS says the package will only be delivered with a signature from an adult. I'm only 17, though, and I wanted to know if that's a problem. I didn't order anything with an age restriction.

There's supposed to be a 9€ ticket for local transport etc. But everyone who buys and uses the ticket will most likely spend more than €9 when traveling to other cities, etc. Does that mean the state still gets a lot of money back from the spending?
