I have a problem: My mom took two packages to the post office for me today. Both were returns. She just gave me the slip with the tracking number, but only one package was scanned. Will the package still arrive, or do I need to contact DHL somehow?

Du ahst ja trotzdem von beiden sachen die nummern:
irgendwas hast du ja ausgedruckt und rauf tgeklebt( von der Email)
da stehen ja beide nummern drauf.
selbst wenn in der annahmestelle nur eines gescannt wurde- wird es ja im Paketzentrum nochmal gescannt und dann erscheint es auch im System.
Also einfach deine nummern raussuchen aus der Email und , dann kannst ja nochmal nachsehen.
Ankommen tut es so oder so- ob du nun ein Zettel hast oder nicht.
Ja ich hatte leider nur schon zweimal das Problem dass meine Retouren bei Zalando nicht gescannt wurde und ich Mahnungen erhalten habe. Musste dann beide Male den Schein von der Post schicken. Den habe ich diesmal ja leider nicht falls das passieren sollte…
Du kannst aber online den Sendungsverlauf für beide Pakete als PDF sichern. Damit bist du schon etwas mehr auf der sicheren Seite.
