The comma is compelling if the infinitive rate of one Nomen depends if it is indicative gives word and/or if the subject of the sentence “it” is.

Since I want to develop professionally,

  • I’d be joy, to work with you.
  • I am happy andto work with you.
  • is it nice to work with you.
  • I am glad to work with you.

Other comma rules on infinitive rates in Duden D124 and D125.
