Do circulatory problems really come from humid weather?

Hello,

I've been having circulatory problems for a week now, ever since my period ended. The weather has also been completely crazy for a week. It's warm, usually 27-29 degrees, then it rapidly cools down to 20 degrees due to rain, then it rises again…it's so humid and oppressive, but it never bothered me before!

Could it really just be the weather? I'm also having trouble sleeping, I haven't eaten or drunk that much today, but even so, I still feel unwell. It's only getting more pleasant towards the evening.

High temperatures and high humidity load the body when it goes abruptly down the immune system and pathogens have it easier to multiply. It is best to help to live as the natives of hot countries, who keep Siesta at the hottest times of the day and are more active in the evening, drink a lot (tea, water etc., alcohol is considered to be a killer in hot weather) and easily nourish, but more often with what sharp spices, because spicy spices like natural antibiotics act the short process with the above mentioned pathogens, i.e horseradish (home).

Those who are always there to come into contact with other people every day. The immune system is constantly active to fish all the stuff out of the body, only if it is weakened you get sick.

Water alone does not bring much, because the sweat also loses salt and minerals, so you should also take salty.

Recently, have discovered some sort of miracle agent, namely the surimi in the 320-milliliter plastic can that swim in brine, this Lake is a true gods drink when it is hot, which contains not only salt, but also vitamin C (ascorbic acid as preservative), minerals from the fish and some other things that the body does well. If you like fish anyway, try it out. Only the Surimi eat but the Lake is wasted. If you do not like fish, also cold soup or vegetable juice usually contain salt. If you know that a day is hot, you should take salty for breakfast, for example inlaid olives, the surimi or sauerkraut mentioned. In Russia, where it can be very hot during the summer, traditional salt fish are eaten in this season, which is available in specialty shops in small packages, you can eat like chips. Salt stimulates the thirst feeling and thus facilitates drinking. If, in particular, old people tip over because of the heat or die in overheated apartments, this is often due to low-salt diets that dry out in the heat without notice.
