Strange feeling when stretching and bending right elbow – Worrying?
Good evening,
For the past two months, I've been experiencing a strange and uncomfortable sensation in my right elbow. As soon as I fully bend it and then quickly move it slightly away from my bicep, something cracks in the yellow-marked area (photo). After I fully straighten my arm again, it tingles there and hurts slightly. The pain might be radiating slightly toward my wrist.
This is not the case on the left side.
I also occasionally do strength training (push-ups, hammer curls, etc.), which increases this by about 230%. The next day, it's gone again. But even without two weeks of strength training, I notice it, albeit to a lesser extent. Warming up and proper form don't make a difference.
What could this be❓
Thank you very much! M17

And after you’ve had months now, and obviously it’s not going away from your own, a doctor’s visit would be announced.
Apart from that, you should have a few units with a trainer who also has a clue of his job or has some lessons in physiotherapy. He can then show you how to avoid continuing to train wrong.
Yes, I don’t do wrong training, but I don’t think I’ve seen several videos.
But until this is cleared, until the end of the Artztal, stop strength training?
Thanks for correcting 👍
Watching videos is not enough to actually do this correctly. And as you always have pain, wrong training will be 99.9% the cause of it.
And yes, wrong training will only strengthen your problem. So learn it right or leave it.
I’m actually trying, not training before I can do the right execution, but must do something wrong, otherwise the pain would not be worse, thank you.
It could be – that the joint snaps into the right position again!
Okay, thanks
If you test this with your other joints, such as the hinge joint, you will also notice it – the crack!
I’m moving a lot, so it can’t be.
Yes, it indicates a lack of movement.
So this can also be completely normal, gas exchange etc.
The propellers are accompanied by pain, which suggests something else?
