Must go without problems with a safety ring clamp – Evtl. the groove is stretched or even squeezed.

Do you mean those of the piston bolt? However, this is relatively easy with a seedling tong. Alternatively, also with a pointed tong

It is important that they really sit right. You know when you turn it. It’s fatal if they’re not right in the groove and fall out, that’s scraping the cylinder. So better check exactly 😉

You can’t say it better.

Seeger is a manufacturer for these “safety rings”, so you should say safety ring pliers.

Since I’ve had a searing plier, I’ve done it. Earlier at the Mofas, I made it with two small nails that I pressed together with the pliers.
