In Bastelläden, stationery shops and maybe in drugstores.

Would ask Müller, DM, IDEE, Rossmann or a local stationery store.

Coal paper has been widely replaced by PC and printers since the typewriter (you have clamped it between several sheets to obtain several “bugs” with a writing process), probably hardly any more.

I would most likely expect to find it in stationery stores. Possibly also in stores for craft accessories (for “breaking” of templates).

You would have to look for a specialist shop for artist needs or craft needs.

For transfer to paper I recommend not the “Carbon paper” used in typewriters because it contains wax in the colouring layer. The result is that the transferred drawing cannot be radiated without smearing and that water color is abbreviated.

best suited for Graphite. It has graphite powder on the back, i.e. exactly the material, from which pencil mines consist. Maybe a dealer would have to order it for you.

You could also make it yourself by completely colouring a thin sheet at the back with narrow pencil marks.

Most likely in a papery, possibly also in a very well sorted supermarket of the larger variety (large area)

There’s this in the stationery section of the mail store, stationery stores should do that.
