Knowledge transfer when changing jobs in SAP Basis – how?

Hey people,

In our SAP Basis department, we've created many manuals ourselves, and I'll be moving to another company soon. But you're not allowed to take internal resources with you. Do you have any tips on what to do? In SAP, you need a lot of manuals again and again, and not everything is available online from SAP.

How do you do something like knowledge transfer properly for yourself?
