lump on the testicle?

I had an operation a year ago because I had an inguinal hernia and since then I have had a lump on my left testicle and I also had my inguinal hernia on the left side and it didn't hurt at first but for the last month it has been hurting more often and for the last four days it has been hurting constantly and I went to the urologist and he said there is nothing wrong with it and I forgot that the lump is sometimes there and then gone again I need help quickly please

Once this node has been created with the attention of the rupture op, you should have it examined. It could also be a hem atom in the testicle, is this movable or liquid?

I doubt a causal relationship between your rupture and the node at the testicle. In principle, a node at the testicle is always an absolute warning signal and must be investigated as soon as possible in the urologist for suspicion of tumors. But if the urologist says there’s nothing, I’d just believe him… Or you’re going back to another Urologen. But that the node disappears for a time, sounds pretty strange for me..
