How old are you? Are you taking anything, cannabis, antidepressants, hormones?

A node doesn’t belong there. Is the knot actually exactly in the wart-like elevation, or rather below or below the Areola, the wart court? So under the brown circular “Ding”, which surrounds the “Warze”?

It would be possible that this is a swollen gland tissue. How big do you value the node? 0.5cm? 1cm? So, you’re a big boy?

Is it unpleasant to press around or does the node feel painful when touching? Even if it’s easy? nEIn pulling in the chest evtl?

Based on the description, it could be a low-grade gynecomastia.

Yeah, I thought. It’s probably a puberty gymnastics. This may be partially or possibly completely reversible if it is not yet too pronounced. If the whole story exceeds a certain point, it will no longer go back.

Is it visually visible?

With this you should quickly become a home physician/endocrinologist or urologist. It will have a hormonal origin with very high probability. Probably too high an estrogen or too high a prolactin. The testosterone must also be investigated, including the gonadotropine LH and FSH, as well as the sex hormone-binding globulin, SHBG. Then you can say more.

As it goes on, there are three possibilities. If one intervenes very quickly, then it may be possible to inhibit medicamentally in further development, e.g. with tamoxifen or something comparable. There may also be arimidex or exemestan, or, if prolacktin is the trigger, Cabergolin. But what is best to use now can only be said after a look at the hormone status.

Then there is also the possibility that it reappears itself, but this must not become larger for this, or stop for a longer time, otherwise the point from which it goes back is very fast.

Thirdly, if all knitting tears, there is the possibility of refurbishing the surgically, with the unexposed enlarged mammary gland tissue being cut out.

How is DIr? Does that bother you? Psychic, visual?

So the main danger here is that it bothers you, visually. If you can even see it. Then it should be removed.

You know your body best. If you think it could go away again, you can also wait.
