Knöchel verstaucht, wie lange Krücken?

Guten Mittag erstmal…

I would have said – maybe three to four weeks with rail (what is that, the Vacoped? I had also had ^^), then maybe without crutches again a few weeks. That would then be a total of six weeks, about one and a half to two months depending on the healing process, I think that is conceivable. But on the other hand, this is always individual & doctors like to call very long time windows so that nobody complains afterwards. Good improvement 🙂

A ligament crack can take a few weeks before everything is cured.

I had a smooth lower leg break at the end of 2014 and in total I believe eight weeks a gypsum (but not the same one that was changed once) because the healing did not proceed optimally – the last few weeks then a gogip with such a SOhle to stick. This is always very individual.

Right. But when I went around… everything’s a question of attitude,” my mam is everywhere with gogips years ago and has “styled” as always, I found that kind of cool.

You have to wait to see how the pain develops in the next few weeks and how safe you feel with the rail. Usually you can go without crutches after 4-6 weeks, but this is individual. Longer than 3 months on crutches, however, you only have to rub around extremely rarely with a gusting crack.

Nix da with experiences, everyone is different. Only the textbook says the wound healing takes 12 weeks, but also again structure Depend.

If you supply a diagnosis, you can use specialist lashes.

For 2-3 months of crutches, you’d have to have something like a rubble break or tendon break.

Diving means normal that you don’t need any crutches, but you can’t do sports like 1-3 weeks and hump something around. With a really intense upset, maybe 1-2 weeks crutches.

Because of a dive, I often didn’t even go to the doctor.

In a week you can run normally again and in two weeks you are likely to be fully resilient.

I had my crutches longer than 3 months and Vacoped

That’s too long. But doctors and competencies that vary

Even the rail you never need so long, that would be a huge mistake because of the muscles

2-3 months ? 🤣 All right, there are once again the absolutely competent doctors and specialists on the go …. Best still quiet and not burden and even better,no thrombosis syringes and a fun rail like the Aircast 😡

Who says that crap and that’s why you should “blind” the doctors…

You’re not doing it fortunately, as I see on the question!

LG and Good Improvement 🍀

Always better to trust your own expertise, I’ve seen a lot of crap… Or it means completely quiet and not moving and then patients get a thrombosis

Yes I prefer to go to the physiotherapist who, of course, knows much better and, under certain circumstances, does even more damage

If you like to throw out insane coal to the window, do… wait for weeks for an MRT appointment because the doctor doesn’t even know the course of the band to test it for yourself at Funkt.

I’m a physio and can test the tapes in front of, to orthopaedics. Not even my own strain Orthopaedics can’t even carry out a single clinical test… comes from where all the equipment park… “Don’t think of it”

And you’re a doctor?

Cubacita

Without clean diagnosis, no assessment of wound healing etc.

A band needs longer than bone bsp. And so on…

Tip at the edge, only look amazed up and you prophylactically slide into the X-ray is not sufficient diagnostics 😉
