KNO3 LEGAL?

I would like to order half a kilo of KNO3 (saltpeter) from würzteufel on Amazon

But I've read on other websites that after ordering you can expect a police visit to your home.

Does anyone know what the current situation is and whether I should leave it or whether I can order without any problems?

Since 2019, potassium nitrate has no longer been included in the Chemicals Regulation Prohibition Plant and may be purchased by full-year-olds and traded through the shipping trade. Only the donor needs a certificate of expertise (and he also carries the final user responsibility, i.e. he must decide whether the quantities are customary and the recipient is reliable and responsible).

1-2 kg certainly do not trigger LKA/BKA’s flag filters or constitutional protection; especially because the stuff has always been allowed to be delivered legally to Fleischer (which presumably cost more people life than any rabble babes).

How does it look like magnesium wanted me to order 500g for camping? I don’t want to see a house search

I would say that the amount is still unthinkable, at least if you did not buy any substances related to pyrotechnics (e.g. metal powder, sulphur).

If the police are to come by, look at the best that you have a good reason to buy and find nothing suspicious in the house 😉

If it were illegal, it wouldn’t be at Amazon.

I’m pretty sure it’s not potassium nitrate, but potassium nitrite…
