There are many programs for this, but the learning curve is very steep, and a starter needs a lot of time and stamina for it.

Thanks for the answer! I use about 2 months now Fusion360 in a very spangled version called TinkerCAD. Come on, too. But do you know how to change the surface pattern? I’ve heard somewhere that should go with certain applications.
