Knee exercises? Knee pain?

Hello,

I have a question..

How can I train my knee harder so that I'm no longer in pain? I can't exercise without a brace because of all the pain and the feeling that my kneecap is going to pop out.

There is actually a psychotherapy. It also depends on what knee injury you suffered. A doctor or even the omniscient AI is the better contact person here.

I once had hurt an outer band and at that time I had made knee bends with a knee bandage and the exercise from the picture I have no idea what it is.

Especially with the latter, I was super unstable on the left. But after a couple of weeks it had improved and then it even went without the “support”.

Wasn’t you with the orthopaedic or sports doctor?

I mean, that could be innate.

There hardly helps physiotherapy.And a bandage holds the knee pane at its place.

In order to remedy this, you always need a clear diagnosis.

I’d have it put in the trap.
