Knie arthroskopie komisches gefühl?
Ich wurde vor paar Tagen in meinem Knie operiert, weil ich einen Fremdkörper hatte. Jedenfalls muss ich mein Knie wieder voll belasten. Nur das Problem ist, sobald ich es Streck oder darauf stehe, fühlt es sich total schwer an, einfach unbeweglich. Ich Merk von innen, total komisch anfühlt, als wäre es gar nicht richtig. Mein Bein bin eingeschränkt in manchen Bewegungen jetzt wollte ich mal fragen, ob dieses Gefühl irgendwann weg gehen wird und mein Bein wieder normal wird. Oder wird sich das ein paar Wochen bis Monate mit mir ziehen? Ich hatte auch keine Physio verschrieben bekommen, da der Eingriff sehr leicht und klein war und ich Übungen bekommen habe, die ich machen kann. Ich hab gerade Sorge, dass das für immer jetzt so bleibt. Das Gefühl

Don’t worry, it regenerates. It is important to stay in motion, even if it feels weird or painful. And do the exercises, the faster you get the feeling back. The nerves have been damaged, the regenerate. In the spring, I pulled out the meniscus cracks in my knee and developed a baker’s cyst, that was all at times really extremely painful, I could only strain the leg very limited and thought I’d stay on the crusade for the rest of my life. OP was not recommended and actually – meanwhile I hardly have any restrictions! Patience and stay in motion without overloading, even if it falls hard, is the key to healing. The knee is now one of the most complicated joints in the human body.
do not exercise that you can do, or do not do with lustlessness…
but exercises that you have to do.
