Air conditioning in a Kia – how exactly does it work?

Hi,

I've had my used Kia Proceed for a year now but I still feel like I don't understand the air conditioning, despite reading the manual.

I set the system to "Auto" and "AC" and set the temperature to 17 degrees Celsius. It's warm outside. But it doesn't really cool down; it just blows warm air out of the system. What am I doing wrong?

The air conditioning was serviced by the workshop just last year.

What do the two buttons I marked with lines mean? I thought they were for the front and rear window heaters. But when I pressed the rear window button, I think more fresh air came in. Could that be the case?

Left front panel heating ventilation since the blower works to get away faster

Right rear window heating which works via heating wires in the pane.

If you want to have air-conditioned air, it must be on the coldest or warm (for drier function) temp. Adjust + Ac. Besides, this is not a proceed but a normal ceed. If no cold air comes, the climate gas r134a is probably all again. You probably have a bigger leak in the climate system. Compressor, letting lines and capacitor check.
