What do you mean, DL? You don’t operate a service, you’re doing business. In order to trade you do not need permission (if you are not dealing with weapons, drugs or the like). A service reading would be if you were to program something to others for payment.

So if you regularly sell virtual products against real money, you need to register a business. And as a commercial purpose you carry a “trade with virtual objects”. Whether the server operator agrees with it or not, the trade office of your city does not matter.
