Kleingewerbe keine Rechnungen?

Done, PayPal is now business thanks!
Do I have to write the bills in Paypal now and would that be enough?
You are not obliged to issue an invoice to private customers, which has little to do with your accounting.
And again, please visit the founding seminar, I don’t write it without reason.
Not an invoice. But you can ask for a receipt as a confirmation that you paid the money. You need these as proof. Otherwise, these costs cannot be claimed as operating expenses.
Nevertheless, you can issue an invoice only for your own accounting.
This receipt, how does it look?
Isn’t the look into my paypal account from the €250?
Yeah, that would be enough. You can create reports in the Paypal, similar to an account extract and other lists.
I thought you’d pay some cash. In this case, you must have a confirmation of receipt.
And you need to convert your Paypal account to the business account as someone else wrote. This is important if you don’t want to get any trouble with Paypal.
All right, thank you.
You don’t have to send the invoices to the customer. But what does it mean to do? It conveys seriousness that everything is going correctly in your bills.
It is important for you to understand everything. Because the tax office could be any more exact time to ask. You may also have income in cash, but then the tax office requires that you carry a cash register to be able to understand all transactions. This is the basic principle in accounting that everything is comprehensible and nothing can be turned under the carpet.
Yes, that’s already changed, as I usually pay for third, so Amazon credit etc, and I buy it via Amazon I get the bill there, think that’s enough.
And to my bills, do I have to send them to the one or just keep them for me that I know what it was?
Thank you for your help!
Invoices are not mandatory as long as you track all business transactions. There can be a clean account statement.
