Generally, this is not repaired, but only smoothed. If it is really just a small part of the tooth pouch, you can hardly put a crown on it.

That a hump breaks off is not common. The whole tooth may be morsch, e.g. because it has been dead for a long time. Then you would put a crown on it and clean the tooth inside.

Just ask your dentist. He can look at the first person and secondly has the appropriate training for it. Laying from the Internet, on the other hand, is more likely to be at heart.

Depending on the material situation, this is glued or artificially rebuilt. Or it’s not done.
