Classifieds opp (online payment platform) cancellation?

Hello everyone, I bought something through eBay classifieds using the secure payment or direct purchase feature. This was probably my biggest mistake, as I read all the experiences and reviews afterward.

I would now like to cancel the purchase because the seller did not explicitly enable this function when uploading the ad and understandably does not want to offer this payment method. However, I have already paid the amount using Klarna Sofortüberweisung, and this was debited directly from my account.

Now to the actual question: Has anyone been able to cancel a purchase under similar circumstances and successfully get their money back? I already know that it takes a long time to receive the money. But has anyone gotten their money back?

The "Report a problem" button that the classified ad suggests canceling the purchase, which is supposed to be in the chat history, does not exist.
