This is probably a bit of a stupid question, but I would still like to know.
If I run the washing machine at 95 degrees Celsius for cleaning, do I also need to add a Calgon tablet? I do it because my water is very hard. I'd just be interested to know how others handle this. Thanks.
Wool sweater shrunk?

I just washed my favorite sweater at 30°C, and it completely shrank… Is there anything I can do to reverse this? And at what other temperature should I wash wool? The sweater is from a secondhand store, and there's no label for washing instructions.
