School trip and period?
Hi, I'm 18 and I'm going on a school trip with my class next week. My class teacher and another teacher are coming with me. I'll get my period there, and my periods are always very heavy and I'm always in a lot of pain. This is a problem on the school trip, though, because I can't just lie down or anything; I have to be with the others the whole time. So I'll have to take tablets so I can take part to a certain extent. But I'm not sure whether I have to tell a teacher that I'm taking a tablet? Is it important for her to know that I've taken a tablet in case I don't feel well afterwards? Or do I not have to tell her?
Thanks in advance for answers
My God, it is an absolutely natural process that all women know – including all the circumstances. Talk to your teachers, take enough tampons and also in the case of the case tablets with and ready.
Anyone who is not completely unique will be able to understand that you may not be anywhere.
Why shouldn’t you go well after taking pills? Is that the other way? And if you always have such pain during the period, I’d go to the female doctor, that’s not normal.
In any case, say and talk to her.
And you’re not alone
The problem (strong control bleeding, severe pain, taking medications) is discussed with your teacher. She needs to know what’s going on with you.
