Gmail, send email with a different sender from your own domain but from a different Gmail account?
Bygehauto
Hello, I have a Google account where I registered a domain. I've set up email addresses and forwarding for it. I can also send and receive emails from this domain in my account. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to send emails from this domain (daughter@owndomain.de) in my daughter's Gmail account! Can anyone possibly help me…
2 accounts on Vinted to bypass the 30 sales maximum?
Hey, I recently created a second Vinted account and already sold my first item. Both accounts have the same address and name, but different bank accounts. My question is whether the sales on both accounts are added together, or whether I can use the 30 sales or €300 on both accounts before it's reported to…
Whatsapp no message, but chat has been moved up and the date has changed?
Hello, I have a chat with someone I haven't written to in months. Today I looked at my phone, and the chat is pretty high up in the WhatsApp list, and in the top right corner, it says "Yesterday." But there's no new message. And there are no deleted messages either. The chat looks almost…
What does this mean on WhatsApp?
Hey, my girlfriend was online at 10:43 p.m. and just told me something. I wrote to her last night and my messages arrived until 3 a.m. At 5 a.m. there was only one tick left. Does that mean she had turned off her internet? Or are there other explanations for this?
For “official” letter to authorities etc. I only take one
email address with my name. This looks credible and serious.
For other purposes, I have other email addresses available. These are intended, e.g. for my music productions or as an illuminator.
It is not favorable to use an email address such as “alki27@…” or “sexyhexy99@…” if you write to the office, to a company or an application. This is what you use to mail with friends or partners.
In official writing, the recipient can expect you to use at least parts of your name in the email address. This is polite and respectful.
As a manager of a company’s personnel, I would not give anyone a chance to use as an email address “schnarchnase77@…”. There seems to be some seriousness missing.
You don’t just have to have an email address.
You can have one with clear names and another without.
I have two email addresses.
One with clear names for more official, such as applications, main accounts etc. and an email that I use for any other stuff.
Meanwhile, the boundaries between the two accounts have been very washed and mainly use the “official”.
Janein,
Take one with your name if you want to apply or want to make an account with official companies. Otherwise for any website you don’t need it and would be better without.
I did.
I also have an email address with clear names (for official mails) and 3 without.
