Klarna Account löschen?
Ich habe Klarna seit 5 Monaten immer wieder geschrieben, dass sie meinen Account löschen sollen. Bisher wurde jedoch nichts unternommen. Immer wieder wurde mir gesagt, ich solle das Formular ausfüllen, was ich auch mehrmals getan habe. Dann habe ich erneut geschrieben und mir wurde gesagt, ich solle geduldig sein. Es hat sich jedoch immer noch nichts getan. Könnt ihr mir bitte helfen? Ich möchte meinen Account löschen, da meine Shopping-Power seit 2 Jahren unverändert ist. Es wird mir die ganze Zeit gesagt, ich solle geduldig sein und dass alles nach 3 Tagen wieder normal sein wird, aber das ist seit 2 Jahren so. Ihr könnt mir doch nicht erzählen, dass so etwas normal ist.

Klarna can only disable your account for 10 years. You only have the right to forget after 10 years of storage. So as Randinfo
