The painted surfaces with very fine wet sanding paper 400 or even finer grinding and then repainting the entire surface. Different lacquers are not compatible with one another, for example nitro lacquer with acrylic or water-soluble basis. So nitro with nitro or water with water,- not nitro on acrylic etc. Several thin layers are better than a thick layer. Good luck!
