Is smoking weed at 17 bad?

Hello, I'm really interested in what it feels like to smoke weed. Like, "smoke one." But I'm kind of afraid of psychosis. I've never done it before. Would it really hurt me if I smoked once?

Define ‘shlimm’…
‘small’ in the sense of ‘hazardous’?
‘small’ in the sense of ‘health’?
‘Summ’ in the sense of ‘hopefully the parents don’t get it’?

Tens of thousands of other young people want to ventilate the ‘secret’ behind cannabis and at the same time are afraid of it because they have heard so much negative, but there must be something positive about it, otherwise there would not be so many. Good question is excellent with the same questions.

You can learn to deal with cannabis if you follow a few basic rules:

  1. dose sola facit venenum.
  2. Start low and go slow
  3. Do not stretch your cannabis with tobacco
  4. Don’t get caught as long as you’re not 18
  5. Never mix cannabis with other intoxicating agents such as alcohol.

Ciffs in childhood can change the brain structure. The younger one is the worse the effect.

Of course, there are also the normal risks.

Wait till you get a few more years older and your brain grows out

On the basis of studies, one knows that serious consequences are rather the exception than the rule. But you can’t say as simple as it will or would happen in individual cases. Too many individual factors play a role here. Any pre-disorders, the genetic disposition, the life situation in which one is located, etc.

Consumption is more and less risky. In young years, if the physical, mental and emotional development is not so advanced, the risks tend to be greater. The hormone chaos that some of the young people sometimes live through does not exactly ensure mental or emotional stability. But it is important to use psychoactive substances.

In general, you can say: the younger you are when you start consumption and the more you consume, the more risky it is. From a review paper (translated by Google):

• Comparative evidence suggests that a persistent, frequent use of cannabis in childhood is associated with a low reduction in neurocognitive function.

• The abstinence of cannabis is likely to lead to a certain recovery of cognitive functions in young people.

• The long-term use of cannabis, which begins with young people, can lead to cognitive deficits that do not recover so quickly in case of abstinence.

• There are some indications that cannabis use in childhood is associated with differences in brain structure, but these results must be replicated.

But consumption is risky at all ages. Especially when cannabis is smoked. Smoking no matter what is always at least harmful to the airways. Otherwise, the risks are mainly in the psychological field.

General information about the typical effects and side effects as well as the risks associated with consumption can be found here:

If you want to talk to professionals about your consumption or your planned consumption, this is easily possible. That’s completely confidential, you’re not obligated to anything and it doesn’t cost you either. Look here. https://mindzone.info/beratung/

Also here on the platform are consultants who can talk about this. Maybe look at or over.

If you’re talking about a psychosis, you better let it go…

You can’t do more than you can…
