Smoking weed?

Hi, this might sound a bit strange but I would like to smoke weed and would like some advice from experienced smokers or those who know what they're talking about.
I already got my stuff from a good friend, and it's 100% pure, nothing cut, so there's no junk in it. Just for your information. Now, my concerns: I'm a relatively anxious person when it comes to these things, and I occasionally suffer from panic attacks (although these never occur at home).

I've smoked weed before, but I overdid it. I felt terrible. I had heart palpitations, etc., although I have to say, I don't know if it was good stuff or absolute garbage. Plus, I tried it with someone and I didn't really feel comfortable or at ease.

Do you think I should try it again in a more appropriate setting, at home in a safe environment, or should I just leave it alone?

Do you think I should try it again in a reasonable framework,

No.

The risk of unwanted effects is too high for you.

Even if it is pure cannabis, THC may cause the symptoms you have described.

In addition, one should not be ground under 21 years because of brain development.

Well, you often lose control over your body. You get cravings, arms feel weirdly numb and you get tired or screwed up depending on the stuff. If you’ve occasionally panic attacks, I wouldn’t recommend doing this on my own. A colleague could calm you down, because by crying something can not really happen. So if you have a cool accompaniment, there’s nothing to say that this is what you can’t feel right about, you feel the effect of cannabis.

Even with 34 years of experience, I don’t get good when I give myself full relief after a long break.

It is better to smoke only very little for a slight feeling. If you get used to feeling, you can think.
