Kieferwachstum gehemmt durch lose Zahnspange?
Ich bin seit Dezember letzten Jahres befreit vom Kieferorthopäden. Die lose Zahnspange habe ich ohne Anweisung bisher immer weiter getragen, da ich dachte, dass das das Ergebnis nur verbessern/erhalten kann.
Jedoch wurde mir auch gesagt, dass es bei meinen Weisheitszähnen möglicherweise zu einer Entfernung kommen müsse.
Jetzt zum Eigentlichen.
Wenn ich die Zahnspange mal nicht trage, merke ich, logischerweise, wie diese schlechter passt.
Aber nicht, weil meine Zähne enger aneinander rutschen, sondern eher, weil sie weiter nach außen kommen.
Wäre es jetzt nicht besser, wenn ich meinem Kiefer die Spange erspare und dieser noch so weit es geht, bin schon 18, wachsen kann?
Ich würde gerne meine Weisheitszähne behalten und die Idee klingt logischer, als weiterhin meinen Kiefer „einzusperren“.
Da ich jedoch kein Spezialist bin, ihr wahrscheinlich auch nicht, aber das mal Beiseite, wollte ich hier einfach mal fragen.
Es geht mir hierbei auch nur um den Unterkiefer, da die Weisheitszähne des oberen gut stehen, lediglich die unteren haben eine eher schlechte Position gehabt (Röntgenbild ist aber nun auch schon wieder 8 Monate alt)

Yeah, but there’s the safest way to pull the teeth. However, I have read a lot about it and many had advised to let the teeth go, did not do this and finally got no problems.
I don’t want to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but if I were pine orthopaedic and want to earn money, I would also want to take the OP costs.
