Jaw on the right significantly wider than the left?

Good morning,

My jaw is noticeably wider on the right than on the left, as you can see in the picture. I went to the dentist, who didn't find anything unusual so far. He suspected it was something wrong with the parotid gland. The dentist then referred me to an oral surgeon, who said exactly the same thing as the dentist. I then had to go to an ENT doctor for an ultrasound of my jaw, but they didn't find anything except slightly swollen lymph nodes. What COULD this be?
