Kickstarter kaputt?
Hallo , folgendes Problem.
Der Kickstarter meines ” Itteco PT 50 ” Rollers bleibt beim Durchtreten unten hängen.
Ich ziehe ihn dann mit dem Fuß wieder hoch und trete nochmals durch.
Er springt auch nicht an.
Wenn ich am Kickstarter mit der Hand drücke, merke ich, das er sich ganz ” Rau ” bewegt.
Weil gleichzeitig auch der E – Starter anscheinend defekt ist, stehe ich dumm da.
Wie könnte ich dem Kichstarter wieder auf die Sprünge helfen ?

So is it… It’s not a hot work… You can’t do a lot of wrong… after you remove all the screws, you may have to help the vario lid with a few hearty blows of a rubber hammer so that it will dissolve… You also need to remove the lever from the kickstarter. Simply release the clamping screw on the toothing and pull the kick lever off…

I’ve reinstalled all the parts… jaaaa, I, and the kickstarter is working again. still he’s still hanging down.
But this is a little nausea because the E starter now works perfectly (new battery installed),

Do you still notice a spring end resistance when kicking or is it easy to act with such a “hook” without springs?
Either the kickstarter shaft has slipped off the variomatik lid or the shaft does not engage in the drive mechanism…
