Hi everyone, I have an Asus laptop and suddenly 4 keys no longer work.
I had covered the surface with a film, but after that, everything worked fine. It was working this morning, too, but then around mid-afternoon, the 1 key suddenly stopped working, and now the Q, Tap, °, and 1 key aren't working either. There's no dust or dirt underneath, and I just bought it recently in September. Can someone help me?

Da wirds schwierig. Es könnte sich um einen Hardwarefehler handeln. Wenn du die Möglichkeit hast, eine externe USB-Tastatur anzuhängen, dann würde ich das machen. Wenn die funktioniert, kannst du davon ausgehen, daß die Tastatur “nen Schuß” hat. Wäre in dem Falle ein Garantiefall.
Desweiteren: Wenn du mit Folie gearbeitet hast, und diese evtl. entfernt hast, kann dies den Tasten Physikalisch schaden.
Die Tasten hatten schon vor dem Entfernen der Folie nicht funktioniert
