Keto (20 carbs) and vegan possible?
I've been thinking about going vegan for a while now, but because of my suspected eating disorder (I'm never taken seriously, but even people with ED suspect I'm binge eating), it was never possible because I would probably have kept reaching for meat or something like that (my mind is just switched off during an attack).
But now the attacks are slowly going away, or rather I can control them better and maybe only have one a week instead of every day.
I've been following a ketogenic diet for two months and finally wanted to try vegan. Will it even work? And what do I need to keep in mind? Does anyone have a good website?
Vegan and ketogen are two forms/arts that alone can make problems in everyday life and implementation. Both together are then even more extreme and there are not many cuts. That means the selection of food is very small. This makes it very one-sided and, on the other hand, very complicated, expensive and probably very expensive.
I find Ketogen personally good. Who wants to live vegan, please. I don’t see any valid reasons.
Well, I love animals and that doesn’t stop in the sense that I hold animals myself and still eat meat, but keep animals and let other animals live. Especially since my parents often buy stable posture. Would if you want to eat BIO, where it is not guaranteed that the animals are out at all (animals want to hide outside and not stand randomly on the free surface). In the case of saved foods, I would even eat them because the manufacturers will not make any profit (as long as it comes from the table or the like. My mother gave us a good friend there, because the board is so crowded.
I know that there are very few LM left, but I can’t guess how many are about and whether it is possible anyway.
No vegan anything but healthy there is no reason for veganism. Animals with pestizde poisoning to grow vegan plants just makes no sense.
From a vegan diet you suffer severe nerve damage in the long term unless you eat supplemental pills to compensate for vitamin B12 deficiency etc.
I already eat 15 tablets every day, there is one more nothing to me
And I know that too. But probably this will be an exception vegan. Exceptions are products for which manufacturers are no longer making money and are broken shortly before, otherwise this part was processed by the animal for free. The products would then be free of charge from the table (my mother had worked there and got remnants given by a friend because the table is overcrowded). Sounds funny, but that would be better than completely vegan.
