So, a friend recently bought 0.5g of s-keta and is struggling to dose it correctly. He only wants a light dose, like 10mg. But how is he supposed to dose it if he has 500mg? He doesn't have a precision scale and can't measure out 1/50th by eye. How can he determine the correct dose?

Well, I’d just distribute it in 5 uniform quantities. 10 MG isn’t much of it. For a decent effect, you need 100mg or at least 50mg, so you just divide it into 10 parts. If you have no experience at all I would take 50mg anyway
