Weiß jemand ob das bei Telegram genauso ist wie bei WhatsApp? Also wenn ich jemanden bei WhatsApp blockiere, dann bleibt er in der Liste selbst wenn ich ein neues Telefon habe und ich kann dann meine blockiere Liste noch sehen. Ist das bei Telegram auch so oder ist es so wenn sich jemand ein neues Telefon kauft (aber seine Nummer behält) das automatisch alle geblockten Kontakte nicht mehr blockiert sind?

Hallo, angenommen ich blockiere eine Person auf WhatsApp, schreibe ihr währenddessen eine Nachricht und entblockiere sie wieder, bekommt die Person dann die Nachricht z.B nach vielen Monaten wieder oder ist sie komplett nicht vorhanden.
